* Splitting out the CLI docs

* Adding information on proxying

* Breaking up the "Does it work" section a bit

* Adding docs on the registry

* Clarifying that the CLI is only for the registry

* Removing the DETAILS.md file

as it’s now covered in the various new markdown files

* Adding a note about custom import directives
