Add Docker Compose config with Traefik HTTPS routing

Configure container deployment with:
- HTTPS via Traefik with LetsEncrypt certificate
- HTTP to HTTPS redirect for production (1440.news)
- HTTP-only routing for local development (1440.localhost)
